We are very proud of our staff and recognise that the friendly and professional service we offer relies heavily on our wonderful Support Workers, Client Managers and Administration staff. These key personnel are our service ambassadors.

The Association currently employs close to 200 Support Workers and 20+ office based staff from numerous nationalities and cultural backgrounds. We are grateful to have this cultural diversity as it brings a wealth of different experiences and perspectives to our organisation.

We highly value staff progression – many of our Client Managers and Management team have been Support Workers at some time (even the CEO). This foundation supports the rights of staff, builds mutual trust and respect and ensures a close understanding of, and connection to, the work being undertaken.
